For those of you who have previously attended a childbirth preparation class or,
who prefer to take the fast track to your labor and birth preparation consider
registering for the "Labor Tools and Techniques Workshop".
If you are expecting your first baby, it is highly recommended that you attend
the 2-day Birth Preparation Workshop which includes the "Ice Journey".
